Rambles and Things
What is rambling anyway?
Is it someone that just won't shut up or is it a casual story that flows freely as it's told? I think I'll stick with the ladder.
I've "rambled" (also known as "told-stories") with my sister Threshie for most of my life. There are several things that make a story into a ramble:
- The sentences always begin with a name or description like so: Couy: I'm a recovering Chuzzle addict.
- All actions are put in (), ** or <>. Example: Couy: *sneezes then grabs a tissues*
- Mostly with me and my sister--our stories are made up as we go. (no plotting out things)
Example ramble:
Couy: *wonders out into the white space of her new website* Hello?
HTLM Monster: RAARRR! Give me your meat!
Couy: O.o *whips out her PENCILS OF DOOM* Never!
HTML Monster: *leaps into air* Then DIIIIIIIIIEE!
Couy: HYAAH! *flips pencils around and erases the monster*
HTML Monster: NOOOOOOOOOO! *is erased*
